Rules & Regulations

Mohawk Sports Complex strives to provide a world class experience for teams and players who compete and rent the fields. Please help Mohawk provide a valuable experience for everyone by observing and following these rules for your event. Upon renting Mohawk Sports Complex, please remember to be in compliance with all Tulsa Parks’ rules and regulations. Failure to comply with any complex rules and Tulsa Parks’ rules unless designated otherwise will result in suspension of playing and/or rental privileges at Mohawk Sports Complex.  
  • The host of the event or tournament is responsible for all damages to the facility caused by their use.  
  • Sale of merchandise, goods or other services is prohibited unless otherwise approved from the complex manager. 
  • Please help keep the complex clean by placing all garbage in the proper trash/recycling receptacles and helping clean up after activities.   
  • No physical or verbal altercations including inappropriate language of any kind toward players, coaches, fans or officials will be tolerated and will result in removal from the premises. 
  • The complex has the authority to cancel or postpone any event due to inclement weather or questionable field conditions
  • All displays (vehicles, inflatables, etc) must have approved in written consent by the complex manager.
  •  Each organization, team and player should have an understanding knowledge of the game before renting fields and space at Mohawk Soccer Complex.
  •  Each player is responsible for competing safely and should be knowledgeable about their ability or lack thereof. 
  •  Referees are instructed to stop competition for any unruly behavior by players, coaches, or fans
  • No unauthorized vehicles on cart paths
  • No overnight parking of cars, RV’s or buses without the consent of the complex manager
  • No parking on main road and entrances into parking areas. Park only in designated spaces/areas due to emergency vehicle access
  • Authorized golf carts are not allowed to be driven on playing fields, unless used by an EMT/ trainer when responding to an injury.
  • All goals, corner flags, and benches must remain in their designated area and should not be moved for any reason.  
  • Any temporary lining of fields with paint must be approved by the Mohawk Soccer Complex manager
  • No stakes or posts may be placed into fields without first contacting the complex manager for approval.
  • Pets are not allowed at Mohawk Soccer Complex, except for the use of a service animal. 
  • Roller blades and skateboards are not allowed in the complex.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all field areas, parking areas and within 500 feet of the playground area adjacent to the soccer fields
  • No entry onto playing fields by persons not authorized.  This includes cutting across and warming up on closed fields. In order to maintain the highest standard for play, fields must be given time to recover.  This policy will be strictly enforced and your cooperation is appreciated.
  • No fires of any kind, including fuel heaters
  •  Players, parents, or coaches who do not act in an appropriate or sportsmanlike manner at Mohawk Soccer Complex will be ejected from the facility by the complex manager, supervisor or other complex employees without any refund to the  violator(s). 
  • Use or possession of alcoholic beverages is prohibited unless otherwise pre-discussed with complex manager. May only be consumed by persons 21 years of age or older.
  • No destruction or damage to property including climbing over the fence and defacing signs.
  • No weapons of any kind
  • No solicitation of any type
  • No littering
  • No unauthorized fireworks or other explosive devices
